My Case Manager Natalie is brilliant, informative, and prompt. Always approachable and willing to point me in the right direction. Then there is Shani, my support worker, who comes weekly to assist physically and socially. What a gem she is. Our catchups always invoke coffee and laughter along with whatever assistance I require. They were assigned Helen Makris as their Care Partner and we have found her to be professional in her work. She has a  caring, respectful, and compassionate nature towards my parents. Easy to communicate with and takes time to listen to her clients and family so she can implement a personalised care plan with services tailored to each individual. I have found her to be quick to respond to calls, e-mails and txts. We appreciate the support and care she has given to mum, dad and the family. She always speaks to me so nicely and takes the time to explain things clearly, especially when I have questions about my statements, services or budget. She advocates, listens, follows through and anticipates needs before we even voice them. During what has been an emotional and challenging time for our family, her calm, steady presence has given us enormous peace of mind, as she has consistently gone above and beyond. Knowing our mother's care is in such capable and kind hands with her dedication, has lifted a weight from our shoulders.
